What about insurance coverage?
We are self-insured and commit to repairing/replacing any damage we cause(terms apply). Sofar, a diverse mix of damages, all have been managed with repairs and discounts to the satisfaction of our clients.

- Clients agree to transact in good faith as required by law
- Approach the work site, participate in any way, operate any of the machinery only at your own risk
- Allow any dependents, pets, associates or other persons/property to wonder in and out of the work site only at your own risk
- Acts of God and pre-existing conditions: we do not accept liability for any damage to persons or property unless by error or incompetence directly caused by us:
Example1: in case of a storm damaged tree leaning on a house,we are not liable for any damage already present or subsequently caused during removal.
Example2: dry branch coincidentally breaking off due to wind and falling through your roof during the trimming, as opposed to us actively cutting and losing control over same.
Example3: dead trees: notoriously unstable and might shatter and/or topple over without warning, we are not liable for damages caused by such structural failures during removal - By initiating the contract you agree that you are liable for any and all permits/permissions that may be required to perform the job.
Eg: ownership issues, access issues, negotiating with neighbours, local government issues etc. - We do not claim to be experts of any kind, nor do we offer advice/services that require any kind of permit or a license.
We assume you know exactly what you want and we bring our labour and equipment to do exactly as you say. - You agree to pay within 30 days, and in the event of nonpayment you agree for 100% of the bill in collection costs to be added after six weeks.
